After a POS system is created for a client, ACIS does not normally access the client’s POS dashboard or business records. Our access is generally limited to server-side maintenance, hosting, technical infrastructure, updates, backups, and security monitoring.
If support access is required, the client may create or provide a temporary support access link or support login for a limited time. Any support access may be recorded in the system logs where applicable.
Customers are responsible for managing their own users, passwords, staff access, and permissions inside their POS system.
